Columbus East High School Graduation

• Graduation Details

  When: Saturday, May 24th at 10 am.

  Doors open at 9:00 am

  The Orange Pit (East Main Gymnasium)

  ADA Sitting:

  Will be on the gym floor behind the staff members 

  Due to limited space, only one able-bodied person may accompany each physically challenged guest.

  General Information For Students

  Following graduation students will lose access to their Google Suite Account.

  • Students should be sure to save any files they want from their Google Drive onto a different Google Account or Hardrive as all of this information will be inaccessible shortly following graduation. 

   

  Graduating Seniors will be keeping their Chromebooks but all other items checked out from school should be turned back in (library books, class books, etc.)

   

  Students planning to attend a post-secondary institution will be required to submit a final transcript to that institution.

  This can happen 1 of 2 ways.

  1. If you applied via the Common App, email your counselor with your final school selection. 
  2. If you applied any other way, you must request your final transcript through Parchment

Acomodaciones ADA:

• Los asientos ADA estarán disponibles en el piso del gimnasio, detrás del personal.

• Debido al espacio limitado, solo una persona sin discapacidad podrá acompañar a cada invitado con necesidades físicas especiales.

Información del Día de Graduación para los Seniors:

• Acceso a Google Suite: Los estudiantes que se gradúan perderán acceso a su cuenta de Google Suite poco después de la graduación. Guarda todos los archivos importantes de Google Drive en otra cuenta de Google o en un disco duro.

• Chromebooks: Los seniors conservarán sus Chromebooks. Todos los demás artículos prestados por la escuela (libros de la biblioteca, libros de clase, etc.) deben ser devueltos.

• Transcripciones Finales: Los estudiantes que planean asistir a una institución postsecundaria deben enviar su transcripción final:

  • Si aplicaron mediante Common App, envíen un correo electrónico a su consejero/a con la universidad que eligieron finalmente.

  • Si aplicaron por otros métodos, deben solicitar su transcripción final a través de Parchment.
